We recently had our dog groomed by Fran for the first time. He was quite nervous, but Fran was incredibly professional and patient with him. Her willingness to do a home visit made all the difference. Throughout the session, she reassured my dog and managed to complete the groom despite his anxiety around the clippers. She has given us some advice on ways to build his confidence between sessions which are already making a big difference.
